  • AI letter version history — every representation letter now shows a full edit history with diff comparison between versions. Fee earners can restore any previous version.
  • Case readiness score now visible on the client dashboard — clients see a progress indicator showing how complete their case is before the letter stage.
  • Parliament Bills monitoring — automated UK Parliament Bills tracking now available on Firm plan. New bills are analysed by AI and summarised with actionable suggestions.

  • Two-factor authentication (TOTP) — available for all staff and admin accounts. Organisation admins can enforce 2FA across the whole team. Recovery codes generated on setup.
