Common questions

Everything you need to know before signing up.

Is there really no credit card required for the trial?
No credit card, no payment details, no commitment. Sign up and get full access for 14 days. At the end of your trial, choose a plan or your account is locked in read-only mode — nothing is deleted.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account moves to read-only mode — you can view all your existing cases, documents, and letters, but can't add new clients or upload documents. Upgrade to any plan to resume full access. Nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans after signing up?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Contact [email protected] to manage your subscription.
Is DocsCheck suitable for OISC-regulated advisers?
Yes. DocsCheck is built for both SRA-regulated solicitors and OISC-regulated caseworkers. The platform supports document preparation and refusal-risk awareness only — all legal decisions and professional judgements remain your responsibility as the instructed professional.
How is my data stored and protected?
All documents are stored on Google Cloud Storage. Each organisation's data is fully isolated — no data is shared between organisations. Two-factor authentication, session-based security, and full audit logging are included on all plans. DocsCheck processes data in compliance with UK GDPR.
Do you offer discounts for smaller firms or charities?
We do consider discounts for registered charities, non-profits, and law clinics providing free immigration advice. Contact us at [email protected] with details of your organisation.
What support is included?
All plans include email support at [email protected]. Professional and above plans receive priority support. Firm plans include a dedicated account contact. Enterprise plans include SLA-backed support and a dedicated technical contact.
